Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing listings, inventory, and sales logistics on platforms such as Mercado Livre and Shopee, as well as customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Full e-commerce sales management 2. Focus on inventory organization and logistics 3. Customer service and support on online platforms **Responsibilities:** **MERCADO LIVRE** * Create product listings * Activate, pause, and edit listings as needed * Update product prices when necessary (cost increase, commission increase) * Generate and print shipping labels * Prepare products for courier pickup (packing, labeling) * Respond to buyer inquiries via platforms * Monitor platform complaints * Prepare reports in Excel upon request * Answer phone calls and respond via WhatsApp * Store and organize products in inventory * Monitor available stock and items nearing depletion * Create lists for FULL, add product tax information * Maintain a clean and organized workplace **SHOPEE** * Issue invoices (NF) * Print shipping labels and pack orders * Deliver packages to the collection point **COLLECTION POINT** * Scan received packages (drop off, pick up, returns, and release collection) * Issue NFS at the beginning of each month **ORDERS** * Place orders with suppliers for sold products and for FULL **Requirements:** * Reside in Campinas * Proficiency and experience with computers * Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Prior experience using Mercado Livre platform **Salary:** R$1\.800,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance of R$18.00 per day (on-site cafeteria also available where employees may bring meals from home). Daily cost-of-living allowance of R$12.00. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 09:00–12:00\. **Note:** Payments are made as follows: 20th of each month (40% of salary) 5th business day of each month (60% of salary \+ cost-of-living and meal allowances) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
