Main Responsibilities * Marketplace advertisement management and optimization * Campaign and performance monitoring (ROAS, conversion rate, average order value) * Monitoring ERP-to-marketplace integrations * ABC curve and SKU-level profitability analysis * Identification and correction of operational inconsistencies * Preparation of weekly performance reports * Data-driven proposal of improvements Requirements * Practical experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, or similar) * Experience managing paid campaigns * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of performance metrics and margin calculations * Organized profile with results orientation * Valid driver's license Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.400,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
