Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and relationship management, presentation and sale of digital marketing consulting packages, lead qualification, and negotiation follow-up. Results-oriented focus and commitment Main Responsibilities: * Customer service and relationship management via WhatsApp, phone, and video calls; * Presentation and sale of digital marketing consulting packages, following a structured commercial script and process; * Lead qualification and guiding customers to closure; * Updating information in the CRM; * Negotiation follow-up and commercial follow-ups. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * 1-hour lunch break * 30-minute afternoon coffee break Desired Profile: * Aggressive sales profile, yet organized and professional; * Strong verbal communication skills, clear and pedagogical speaking style; * Prior experience in sales/commercial roles; * Basic computer literacy; * Familiarity with or knowledge of CRM systems; * Proactivity, results-oriented mindset, and commitment.
