We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on the development and evolution of a web\-based portal that supports multiple user profiles and operational workflows. This role is hands\-on and focused on building and maintaining backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend application layers. The developer will be responsible for making technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and contributing to the long\-term stability and scalability of the product, in close collaboration with Product and UX. **What** You’ll Do * Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the portal * Design and implement APIs and data models * Implement authentication, authorization, and role\-based access control * Translate product and UX requirements into production\-ready code * Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and reviews * Identify and address performance, reliability, and scalability issues * Refactor existing code to improve maintainability * Collaborate closely with Product and UX throughout the development lifecycle **What** We’re Looking For * 6\+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in production environments * Experience building web applications with both backend and frontend responsibilities * Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and data modeling * Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services * Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions * Clear communication and disciplined engineering practices * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
