Responsibility for occupational health and safety Support pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your mentor to fulfill one stage of the production process. 1\. Support pre\-preparation of dishes and/or meats and/or diets. 2\. Support pre\-preparation of salads. 3\. Support pre\-preparation of desserts. 4\. Assist in assembling and restocking food. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Be responsible for your own health and safety, as well as apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
