So come get 'aluminized' with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** The Industrial Apprenticeship Program – Aluminum Metallurgical Process Operator (OPM) aims to provide professional qualification in operating aluminum metallurgical processes, following technical standards, occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality standards. Thus, your duties will include: * Assisting with routine tasks in departments * Assisting with document organization * Providing support and service within departments * Updating spreadsheets and control records * Supporting planned projects and activities, among other tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed High School; * Candidates born between **06/24/2003 and 07/20/2008**. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real; therefore, we strive to support our employees at every stage! Eligible participants are **young people aged 18 to 22 years**, seeking to enter the workforce and launch their careers with direction and technical qualification, in an environment guided by **inclusion, diversity, and full respect for people**. Positions are for the **Administrative Technician and Metallurgical Process Operator** course, delivered by SENAI Alumínio, **Alumínio/SP.** To apply, candidates must have completed elementary school for the **Metallurgical Process Operator** position and completed high school for the **Administrative Technician** position. Applicants **do not need specific education or prior experience** related to the course.
