Required qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work flexible hours.
Summary of main responsibilities:
* Organize and prepare classrooms prior to the start of activities, always paying attention to specific requests from each subject taught and/or each educator;
* Preserve, maintain, and clean musical instruments, pedagogical materials, and all other assets belonging to the Polo, ensuring proper storage when not in use;
* Sort, record, and send damaged musical instruments and accessories for repair;
* Follow instructions from the Polo Coordinator regarding coordination with other internal departments of the Guri Program or Santa Marcelina Cultura;
* Organize and manage inventory of consumable pedagogical materials and other general supplies;
* Distribute class journals to educators and collect them at the end of each lesson;
* Be responsible for safeguarding, maintaining, and managing keys for cabinets and classrooms;
* Assist educators with classroom preparation and with other necessary pedagogical materials to ensure smooth lesson delivery;
* Verify the functionality of all types of furniture and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, telephone, furniture, and similar systems;
* Receive, forward, and register various documents and materials addressed to the Polo or to the Santa Marcelina Cultura headquarters;
* Carry out other related tasks as determined by immediate leadership.
