Focus on problem solving and organization We seek a professional passionate about operational excellence to join our restaurant chain's maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of equipment, facilities, and building infrastructure across our units, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, food safety, and the best experience for our customers. Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and control preventive and corrective maintenance for building infrastructure and industrial kitchen equipment (combi ovens, cold rooms, fryers, griddles, exhaust systems, and refrigeration systems); * Manage work orders in the system, ensuring traceability and maintenance history; * Manage building maintenance across units, including electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, waterproofing, cladding, painting, and civil structural systems; * Conduct periodic inspections at units to identify structural and installation non-conformities, prioritizing corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor performance indicators such as equipment availability and maintenance costs; * Coordinate teams of third-party service technicians; * Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and action plans to reduce failures; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations (ANVISA) and occupational safety standards (NRs); * Support the opening of new units by implementing maintenance routines. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance within food service, restaurant chains, or food industry; * Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical installations, and hydraulic systems; * Experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) tools; * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving focus.
