Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Nursing, or Chemistry;
* Experience in project management;
* Advanced English and Spanish required.
Responsibilities:
* Register and manage contracted projects on the corporate platform, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
* Act as the focal point between the study sponsor and execution teams, gathering information, aligning scope, and validating project requirements.
* Develop and submit execution schedules to sponsors, making adjustments and renegotiating deadlines whenever necessary to balance client expectations with operational capacity.
* Actively participate in meetings with sponsors, ensuring clear, transparent, and results-oriented communication.
* Plan and organize the scheduling of bioequivalence studies in the clinical calendar, ensuring technical feasibility and resource optimization.
* Insert feasibility assessments of new projects into the clinical calendar and communicate execution forecasts to the commercial team, supporting strategic decision-making.
* Monitor and analyze KPIs of contracted projects, contributing to greater visibility, control, and efficiency in portfolio tracking.
* Maintain direct interface with clients for continuous project status updates, strengthening relationships and enhancing customer experience.
* Conduct weekly meetings with involved teams to promote internal alignment, delivery prioritization, and risk mitigation.
* Stay updated on trends, best practices, and new tools related to the field of expertise, proposing continuous process improvements.
