Job Summary: Perfetti Van Melle Brasil is seeking a BI Coordinator to work at our Vinhedo manufacturing facility, responsible for data analysis, dashboard development, and insight generation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform data and KPI analysis, including external customers and internal stakeholders 2. Develop dashboards for monitoring Sell-In and Sell-Out data 3. Generate insights and presentations for internal teams, sales, and executive leadership **Perfetti Van Melle Brasil — manufacturer of Mentos, Fruittella, and Chupa Chups — is looking for a talent to unwrap their potential as a BI Coordinator, based at our Vinhedo \- São Paulo factory.** **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Conduct data and KPI analysis, including customer and internal company analyses; Develop dashboards for monitoring Sell-In and Sell-Out data and collaborate with the sales team; Generate insights and presentations for internal teams; Sales; and Executive Leadership; Lead the entire company forecasting process, defining short- and long-term strategies, market modeling, and market analysis; Monitor orders and improve CRM strategies; Define sales targets and objectives to determine variable compensation for the sales team. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies, specialization, or MBA (completed or in progress) preferred.
