Contribution to the efficiency of logistics processes **Job Mission** Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics area, developing professional and behavioral competencies through hands-on activities and training courses, thereby contributing to the efficiency of logistics processes and material flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines in the Logistics area, such as document organization, spreadsheet control, and system updates. * Assist in order tracking and control, receipts, shipments, and material movements. * Support invoice verification, delivery orders, and other logistics-related documents, per team instructions. * Monitor and support internal departmental request flows (e.g., material requisitions, product registrations, data updates, and internal service tickets). * Perform data entry and updates in corporate systems (ERP or logistics systems). * Assist in preparing simple reports, inventory controls, and operational indicators. * Support internal customer service by routing logistics-related requests to responsible personnel. * Participate in training and development programs stipulated in the apprenticeship contract. * Collaborate in organizing the work environment, including physical and digital files within the department. * Assist in specific Logistics processes, such as supporting inventories, goods verification, document sorting, and delivery tracking. **Mandatory Requirements** * Age between 14 and 24 years * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school. * Basic computer skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Good communication skills and interest in learning about logistics processes. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
