We are seeking a **Junior Support Technician** to provide user support and cover vacation periods across multiple clients. **Responsibilities:** * Formatting and configuring computers (Windows 10/11\); * Hardware maintenance and general technical support; * Remote, on-site, and field support; * User support and incident resolution; * Software installation and configuration; * Assistance with Microsoft 365 requests; * Incident logging and tracking; **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in IT (currently enrolled or completed); * Experience in technical support; * Knowledge of hardware and computer maintenance; * Experience formatting computers; * Availability to work at different locations and schedules; **Advantages:** * Networking knowledge; * Experience with Microsoft 365; **Profile:** * Strong communication skills; * Adaptability; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Good interpersonal skills; Compensation: R$2\.557,59 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
