Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for performing releases, monitoring, testing, and inspections across processes, inputs, and products to ensure compliance and adherence to good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting release and quality control of rooms, equipment, and products 2. Daily verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S 3. Analysis and approval of raw materials and packaging **Responsibilities:** * Perform release of rooms, equipment, inputs, finished products, and processes whenever required; * Conduct process control monitoring and testing within the time frame specified for each product; * Perform daily production verification for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S; * Segregate complaint samples (from suppliers, customers, and internal sources); * Prepare samples for customers; * Collect samples of raw materials and packaging purchased by WBM and conduct necessary analyses for release; * Critically evaluate test reports of received inputs against WBM’s internal specifications; * Release received inputs in the system after approval of conducted analyses; * Archive documentation and samples relevant to the Quality department (production documents, receiving and shipping checklists, test reports, counter-proofs, receiving samples); * Perform daily calibration of scales; * Attend training sessions and fully comply with all assigned training. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 365.00) * On-site meals (Optional) * Health and dental insurance (After probation period) * Attendance bonus (R$ 200.00) * Education assistance (After 12 months) * Discounts with partner brands * Wellhub * Conexa (Monthly: 2 consultations with a Nutritionist + 2 consultations with a Psychologist) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical or undergraduate studies preferred (in progress) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Behavioral Competencies:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Creative thinking * Adaptability and flexibility * Continuous learning * Interpersonal relationship skills Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.141,00 per month Experience: * Quality (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
