Perform self-inspection and lubrication. . Meet production and scrap targets. . Carry out all changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and corrections on two different varnishing machines. . Know, operate, and set up all presses in the area. . Assist new employees in their tasks. . Understand your work area and suggest or implement improvements. . Participate in continuous improvement teams. . Record machine and equipment issues in the designated control system. . Execute activities specified in open work orders (OS). . Conduct tests and measurements based on MIPs. . Perform low-complexity maintenance (e.g., replacing pins, screws, nozzles, belts, air and oil leaks, etc.). . Complete production tracking and incident reports. . Know all safety and operational sensors and keep them in perfect working condition. . Know and comply with occupational safety obligations, rights, and responsibilities. . Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation following 5S principles. . Know and apply the Quality Policy and ISO 9000 concepts. . Contact support departments when necessary. . Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities in your area. .
