We are part of the Recruitment and Selection team at Rede Drops, the largest motel chain in Brazil, with units across 8 states. We currently have an opening for a Cleaning Assistant at our Drops Express Barretos unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites; Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; We offer: Fixed salary: R$ 1\.925,00 Meal allowance: R$ 335,00 Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance: R$ 250,00 * For your well-being, we provide life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of monthly salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance-based bonus program: bonuses awarded every 6 months. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; shift timing to be agreed upon with the manager. Shift: Rotating \- availability to alternate between morning/afternoon and night shifts is required.
