Acting as the interface between development consulting firms and business areas. Creating and tracking tickets in TOTVS. Monitoring release and fix updates. Administering access to corporate systems. Mediating IT projects between business areas and vendors. Modifying source code (Progress and PO UI). Previous experience as an Information Technology Specialist, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or Technical Support Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
