




**Requirements / Required Knowledge:** * Maintain the technology infrastructure (hardware and software) by providing technical support to users on-site and remotely. * Keep the inventory of equipment and peripherals up to date. * Receive, analyze, register, and resolve incidents and service requests. * Create and maintain updated technical documentation and procedures for the area. * Install, configure, and resolve computer incidents (desktops and laptops). * Install and resolve incidents related to factory equipment (scanners, scales, thermal printers). * Open external tickets for outsourced IT services and warranty services with manufacturers. * Install and configure IT systems. * Install, configure, and resolve videoconferencing equipment incidents. * Install, configure, and resolve smartphone incidents. * Install, configure, and resolve Wi-Fi antennas and network incidents. * Act as the local focal point for the Infrastructure team when on-site support is required at facilities. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in **microcomputer support (general infrastructure, hardware, software, and user support).** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology. * Experience with IT maturity frameworks: ITIL, COBIT. * **Advanced English proficiency** for conversation is essential. **Additional Information:** * Work location: Sumaré - SP.
