The primary focus is to ensure continuity of productive flow while maintaining established quality and safety standards.**Job Description:** * **Operation:** Operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, or turning tasks. * **Monitoring:** Monitor the machining process and perform manual adjustments (offset) as needed to ensure part compliance. * **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and project specifications. * **Quality Control:** Conduct frequent measurements of produced parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges). * **Basic Maintenance:** Perform machine cleaning, replacement of worn tools, and monitoring of coolant/oil levels. * **Organization:** Maintain an organized workstation (5S) and record production output and any downtime in reports or ERP systems. **Required Skills and Education** Education: Completed high school. Technical Training: Vocational training in Machining, Industrial Mechanics, or CNC Operation (preferably from SENAI or equivalent). Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment operating numerically controlled machines. Mechanical Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation. Basic metrology (use of calipers and micrometers).
