Your key responsibilities include: * Providing functional support via phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service. * Clarifying questions and guiding customers assertively to foster a positive experience. * Focusing on problem resolution and continuous improvement of services delivered. * Understanding the customer journey and directing them according to their specific needs. * Coordinating requests for adjustments and corrections with Product teams. * Promoting Thomson Reuters’ values and behaviors daily. * Staying continuously updated on offered solutions and current legislation in the Payroll area. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Accounting, Human Resources, Administration**, or related fields. *Candidates without a degree are also welcome—if selected through the hiring process, they will be hired as Technicians.* * Experience in Customer Service. * Ability to work with goals and focus on results. * Adaptability to structured processes and organized routines. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively.
