We are hiring a Junior Software Developer to work on chatbot and related integration development, and to prepare for future technical leadership within the engineering team. **Responsibilities:** Hybrid Work Model We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to work on chatbot and related integration development. **Responsibilities:** * Support the construction of conversational flows on the Blip platform * Follow detailed instructions from more experienced leaders and peers. * Perform fixes under guidance. * Document tasks in an organized manner. * Consume, implement, and integrate multiple APIs * Support maintenance of existing projects. * Participate in alignment meetings with clients. **Position Challenges:** * Adapt to project and client routines. * Learn about the Blip platform and initial integrations. * Gradually develop autonomy. * Reduce dependence on supervision. * Improve code and integration quality. * Understand business rules for each client. * Consolidate autonomy in deliveries. * Ensure flow quality and stability. * Learn to handle client pressure situations. **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of programming logic, JavaScript, Node.js * Good proficiency with Blip for medium-complexity chatbots. * REST APIs (consumption). * Basic knowledge of AWS (simple deployments, common services). * Git (branching, PRs). * Attention to data collection on Blip * AWS (most commonly used services: Lambda, S3, API Gateway). * Best practices in version control. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Execution-oriented * Strong communication skills * Fast learning ability * Proactivity * Interpersonal relationship skills * Organization and discipline in task logging. * Team collaboration. * Curiosity to understand client problems. * Autonomy and reliability. * Assertive communication with clients. * Initiative in proposing solutions. **Education:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Technician, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
