




Job Summary: A higher education professional to assist in the Quality Management System, audits, documentation, and support in IT, marketing, and procurement. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and technical support activities Company located in the Industrial District of Jundiaí; Resident of Jundiaí or surrounding region; Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; Training courses related to Quality and/or Occupational Safety; **Permanent position** Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: Transportation voucher (VT), On-site meal allowance – monthly deduction of R$ 40.00, Basic food basket (groceries), Profit-sharing program (PLR), Life insurance, and Health plan; Working hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and assist in Quality Management System activities; Monitor internal and external audits; Maintain organized documentation related to the Quality Management System; Provide support for company marketing activities; Contract service providers for trade fairs and events; Provide support and monitor IT-related activities, liaising with the outsourced IT company; Develop and control project costs; Request quotations for mechanical items requiring technical specifications; Prepare mechanical materials lists; Request procurement of mechanical materials; Perform administrative and departmental support activities; Monitor development of operational and maintenance technical manuals for manufactured equipment; Monitor operational testing of equipment; Monitor equipment manufacturing and cost control; Monitor updates to as-built technical documentation for equipment.
