Define architectural standards and support less experienced developers. **Job Description:** **Position Description** ---------------------- The Backend Software Engineer III will serve as a backend specialist, leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions, defining technical standards, and ensuring integration quality and performance. **Main Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Develop and optimize backend services in GoLang, Python, or TypeScript; * Define architectural standards and best practices for integrations; * Review code and support less experienced developers; * Participate in technical decisions for SaaS products; * Contribute to standardizing DevOps and CI/CD practices. **Required Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * 6+ years of backend experience with GoLang, Python, or TypeScript; * Proficiency in SQL databases and advanced knowledge of performance and security. * Practical experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure). * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices. * Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor other developers. * Experience developing systems focused on performance and scalability. * Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------- * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Intermediate knowledge or practical experience with GoLang; * Experience with microservices and messaging systems.
