




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, storing, and managing merchandise inventory, as well as handling internal requisitions. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and delivery of internal requisitions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Receiving goods, including various hotel supplies, meats, dairy products, and general foodstuffs, with completion of spreadsheets containing batch and expiry date information. Proper storage of products in refrigerated chambers and dry storage (central warehouse). Expiry date control and organization of the warehouse and refrigerated chambers. Conducting periodic inventory audits. Handling and delivering internal requisitions, ensuring departmental supply within the hotel. Recording requisitions in the system to ensure accurate inventory updates.
