We provide tools and consulting services to optimize business processes and outcomes. **Responsibilities:** Perform field operational activities focused on hydroseeding, environmental restoration, and slope stabilization. Operate hydroseeding equipment for environmental and road construction projects. Assist in revegetation and erosion control services. Prepare inputs (seeds, fertilizers, mulch, etc.). Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Support general field activities and logistics. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Operational Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or Operations Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
