Lead technical and operational teams, promoting professional development **Infrastructure Coordinator** **CPFL Infra** **Work Location:** Indaiatuba/SP and Campinas/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Indaiatuba/SP, with frequent visits to Campinas/SP; * Relevant professional experience required; * Experience in people management required; * Knowledge of real estate law and environmental legislation is desirable; * English proficiency is desirable. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Coordinate all activities related to, or arising from, real estate operations, including acquisition, sale, leasing, assignment, loan, exchange, etc. * Administer the property portfolio of all companies within the CPFL Group, primarily owned properties, associated with electricity distribution, transmission, and generation operations; * Ensure documentary compliance with public agencies and real estate registries for both urban and rural properties; * Manage service contracts for asset valuation, document regularization, topographic surveys—including georeferenced surveys—monitoring deliverables and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels; * Secure and renew legal licenses and authorizations, such as operating permits, Fire Department Inspection Certificates (AVCB), Fire Prevention and Protection Plans (PPCI), and other regulatory requirements applicable to facilities; * Lead the area’s technical and operational team, promoting professional development, a safety culture, and excellence in service delivery; * Prepare presentations, managerial reports, and technical opinions to support leadership in strategic decision-making and investment planning; * Monitor infrastructure performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, applicable laws and regulations, and corporate policies, safeguarding physical integrity of facilities and institutional reputation. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory services covering psychological, legal, financial, social, and speech therapy support). **Learn More About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
