**Diesel Alignment Technician**
**Responsibilities:**
* Align buses, accurately completing the form with vehicle data (model/year/tire tread measurement/tire pressure).
* Measure alignment using specialized equipment.
* Analyze wear and play in the steering system.
* Assess irregular tire wear.
* Collect tire data from the fleet regarding mileage and compare trends over time.
* Identify suspension abnormalities before performing alignment.
* Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
* Work in accordance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards and procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in the field.
* Completed high school education.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Training in Diesel Mechanics is a plus.
