Job Summary: Manufacturing Engineer for the development and manufacturing of airborne electronics, radars, and defense systems, focused on innovation and production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the development and prototyping of airborne electronics 2. Develop new processes dedicated to prototypes and series production 3. Collaborate with the Integrated Product Development team **About the Team:** * Manufacturing Engineering focused on the development, prototyping, manufacturing, and testing of airborne electronics, radars, and integrated defense systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Identify and develop new technologies and opportunities within electronic project and manufacturing contexts; * Identify and manage risks to product or prototype manufacturing during development; * Develop new processes dedicated to prototypes and series production; * Model and develop test and electronic hardware assembly setups; * Prepare production routings; * Specify, review, and approve test requirements for printed circuit boards, electronic modules, and complex integrations; * Specify machines and equipment for production processes; * Develop, qualify, and support supplier development; * Conduct critical analysis and integrate with the IPD (Integrated Product Development) team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, or Control and Automation Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in Project Management; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools; * Experience preparing technical reports and dashboards; * Knowledge of KPI usage and corrective action definition; * Familiarity with electronic industry standards and norms (IPC); * Experience with electrical and digital/analog electronic circuits; * Experience with DfT (Design for Testability) and DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) for PCBA; * Experience with Product Structure concepts; * Experience with Product Development and Process Development methodologies; * Knowledge of reliability testing (HALT/HASS); **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) **Additional Information** On-site work model for **Campinas/SP.** **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * Multibenefit Card (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Home Office Allowance (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) *Per Embraer’s strategic decision, the new work model effective January 1, 2026 will be on-site, with flexibility for up to two remote workdays per week based on business needs and leadership alignment.
