Requirements: **Responsibilities** * Define, create, review, and execute functional and exploratory test scenarios using systematic techniques, ensuring adequate coverage and traceability. * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests (web, API, and mobile) in Java, ensuring integration into CI/CD pipelines and continuous quality feedback. * Plan and execute non-functional tests, including Performance Testing—from strategy definition, load modeling, and script development through to result analysis. * Analyze quality metrics, incidents, and business indicators to guide test strategy and support the team’s technical decisions. * Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and unit tests, applying best practices and testing techniques to prevent defects in early stages. * Collaboratively and technically promote Agile QA practices, ensuring alignment with application architecture, microservices, and integrations. **Technical and Behavioral Requirements** * Test automation in Java (Java 8+) using TestNG or JUnit. * API test automation with RestAssured. * Experience with Zephyr Scale for test management. * Continuous integration with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools. * Knowledge of Postman. * Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security). * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). * Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. * Practical experience with CI/CD, code versioning (Git), and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Completed undergraduate degree. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans or experience in financial institutions/banks. * Intermediate English.
