Job Details **What are the challenges of this area and role:** This person will perform patient care and collect biological samples. If you feel fulfilled by receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this opportunity is for you! **Main responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and explain the procedures; * Fully comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Collection Department; * Identify potential exposure risks; * Consult the system's guidance box for clarification on doubts; * Stay updated on applicable regulations and guidelines; * Foster positive relationships with external and internal customers; * Perform collections: secretions (oropharyngeal, nasopharyngeal, ear, vaginal, anal, urethral, various lesions), mycological and scraping samples, toxicological tests, newborn screening (heel prick test), blood cultures, and DNA collection); * Identify, verify, calculate dosages, and monitor administration of Glucup and Lactup; * Verify expiration dates, control batch numbers, and replenish supplies; * Forward specimens for testing (urgent cases, immediate centrifugation, 24-hour urine, etc.); * Disinfect equipment and materials; * Dispose of waste correctly; * Measure body temperature; * Count daily collections. **We are looking for someone who:** * Has knowledge and experience in venipuncture; * Holds a Technical Nursing or Biological Sample Collection certification; * Delivers humanized care characterized by empathy and attentiveness.
