Architectural evolution in highly complex technical scenarios As a **Senior Full Stack Developer (Java)**, your mission will be to **develop, maintain, and enhance Deploy Agent solutions**, a critical and strategic product responsible for enabling large-scale deployments and ensuring ecosystem reliability. You will primarily work on the **maintenance and evolution of an already established codebase**, driving continuous improvements focused on **performance, scalability, stability, and security**, while also contributing to the product’s **architectural evolution**. The challenge involves handling a **high volume of operations, multiple integrations, and highly complex technical scenarios**, requiring deep system understanding and well-founded decisions. *All our positions are open to people with disabilities!* *Why not join our team and embark on this journey with us?* **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Perform corrective, evolutionary, and adaptive maintenance on existing code and routines; * Enhance system functionalities or auxiliary tools; * Develop APIs and new utility tools; * Implement best coding practices, design patterns, object-oriented principles, and performance optimization techniques; * Write clean, testable, and easily maintainable code; * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency; * Conduct profiling and debugging of routines to identify and mitigate performance issues; * Produce high-quality, accurate technical documentation for all created/modified components; * Understand end-to-end workflows involving multiple modules/technologies; * Adopt a product mindset through agile processes and deliveries. * Apply Artificial Intelligence tools daily in engineering tasks—including problem diagnosis, code review, technical documentation, and delivery acceleration—ensuring responsible and secure information usage. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience with Java 8+; * Experience developing web applications in Java; * Solid experience with React or Angular; * Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server); * Knowledge of JPA and Hibernate for object-relational mapping (ORM) and entity lifecycle management; * Familiarity with build and dependency management tools (Maven/Gradle); * Experience with code versioning tools (Git); * Experience with unit testing (JUnit). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with Spring Boot; * Experience with integration testing; * Exposure to DevOps culture (GitLab, Jenkins, pipelines). *If you want to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of a team building something big, this is where you belong!
