




Job Summary: The professional will participate in process improvement development, guide assistants, and ensure food preparation and cleaning standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on food preparation and hygiene standards Working Hours: Position 1 \- from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM Position 2 \- from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Participate in the development of process improvements within the department; Guide and supervise tasks performed by Assistants during shifts; Monitor griddle temperature; Know meat doneness standards and bacon preparation methods; Pay attention to cooking time for each type of meat; Slice bread; Organize and sanitize the store, ensuring compliance with required cleanliness standards throughout the work shift; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as required by the department.
