




Job Summary: A professional responsible for enhancing processes, supervising the team, ensuring food preparation quality, and maintaining store hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development of process improvements within the department 2. Guide and supervise tasks performed by Assistants 3. Ensure food preparation standards and store hygiene Working Hours: Position 1 \- from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Position 2 \- from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Participate in the development of process improvements within the department; Guide and supervise tasks performed by Assistants during shifts; Monitor griddle temperature; Know meat doneness standards and bacon preparation procedures; Pay attention to cooking time for each type of meat; Slice bread; Organize and clean the store, ensuring compliance with required cleanliness standards throughout the work shift; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as required by the department.
