Carry out repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. Contribute to the preservation of doors, windows, locks, roofs, and floors. Ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), and report to coordination any situations requiring specialized maintenance. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, General Services Assistant, Maintenance Operator, or Maintenance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
