Job Summary: Logistics assistant position in Campinas to perform data entry and updates in the system, issuance of fiscal documents, and order tracking. Key Highlights: 1. A woodworking products store is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Perform data entry and updates in the system and logistics control, including material inbound and outbound operations. Issue and verify fiscal documents, such as invoices, delivery manifests, and transport orders. Track orders, delivery deadlines, and cargo status. Support inventory control, stocktaking, and route movement. Attend to suppliers, carriers, and customers. Assist in resolving discrepancies such as damages, shortages, and delays. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Transportation Assistant, or Shipping Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
