**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and ensure execution of accident prevention programs (CIPA, PPE usage, DDS, safe behavior, REPORT, among others).
* Evaluate operational activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulatory standards.
* Monitor implementation of the 5S program and occupational safety procedures across departments.
* Periodically review the GRO and other legal documents (e.g., LPRO), ensuring updates and compliance.
* Prepare, conduct, and participate in DDS sessions, safety moments, and awareness campaigns.
* Develop and implement safety standards, procedures, and programs.
* Participate in LPP, SIPAT, and interdepartmental meetings related to safety.
* Ensure compliance with corporate safety programs (e.g., safe behavior program).
* Submit reports to eSocial and prepare/issue legal documents (PPP, CAT).
* Manage the full CIPA process (elections, training, meetings, communication to MTE).
* Support development and management of legal reports and programs (PGR, LTCAT, PPR, PCA, insalubrity, and hazardousness assessments).
* Conduct inspections, audits, and rounds across departments, identifying risks and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Monitor and enforce PPE usage and safe behavior among employees, applying appropriate measures when necessary.
* Authorize high-risk activities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
* Plan and conduct training, emergency drills, and brigade development.
* Support projects and implementation of new physical and technological facilities from a safety perspective.
* Conduct root cause analysis of incidents to promote continuous improvement and accident prevention.
* Generate, analyze, and report safety indicators to support decision-making.
* Participate in management meetings and issue service orders per NR\-01\.
* Support updating the PRSSO (Occupational Health and Safety Hazards and Risks).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical degree in Occupational Safety (mandatory – completed);
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering (in progress – preferred);
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
