The **Urban Microcredit Agent** works within the Microfinance team and is tasked with capturing and retaining potential customers by advising them on their businesses in accordance with policy, conducting analyses and credit granting, and performing other duties within the scope of this role.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct collection of delinquent receivables according to the established methodology;
Advise clients in your portfolio and verify how granted credit is being applied;
Develop an action plan for operational routines related to your client portfolio, aligned with established targets;
Establish contact with clients, following the methodological steps defined by the Microfinance Program;
Gather economic and financial information about clients’ business activities at their workplace to assess credit eligibility;
Process credit requests by visiting potential clients and informing them about the submission process for credit proposals, in accordance with policy and procedure manuals;
Organize promotional events and informative seminars on microfinance products and other initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones;

**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
Legal age (18 years or older);
Education: Completed high school;
Willingness and availability for inter-municipal travel;
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
Experience in sales, negotiation, collections, and customer service.
**Additional Information** **Salary:**
Base salary: BRL 1,717.73;
Variable compensation, up to BRL 2,318.24;
Bonus (HR will inform during the selection process).

**Workload:** 40 hours per week;
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday).
