Please send your updated resume to: recrutamento@trinityhub.com.br Subject: Warehouse Analyst ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Daily Operations Management:** Participation in morning meetings, fleet dispatch, and route planning based on daily KPIs and targets. * **Logistics Planning and Analysis:** KPI analysis, process optimization, and delivery productivity tracking. * **Quality and Customer Service:** Resolution of service tickets and monitoring of return rates and delivery quality metrics. * **Warehouse Management:** Oversight of inbound, outbound, and product flow activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and shelf life requirements. * **Team Leadership:** Coordination, training, and daily supervision of warehouse clerks to achieve high performance. * **Quality and Performance:** Implementation of the FEFO method, loss management, and warehouse KPI monitoring. * **Safety and Reporting:** Promotion of safety best practices, documentation of anomalies, and reporting results to management. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel) * Prior experience in Logistics ### **Behavioral Profile** * Results orientation * Driven by challenges * Ownership mentality * Proactive attitude * Problem identification * Follow-through to resolution ### **Benefits** * Dental plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
