The **PUCPR Technology Advisory** team of the Marista Group is seeking a technical leadership role for its development team, ensuring the effective implementation of solutions according to specifications and quality standards. Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality software systems * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s technical proficiency * Work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to understand requirements and transform\-them into innovative technical solutions. * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospectives). * Ensure software quality through automated and manual testing, guaranteeing that our products are robust and reliable. * Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes and software engineering practices. * Perform technical analyses to refine User Stories. * Be responsible for service deployment, ensuring an efficient publishing pipeline * Identify and map technical debt and application bugs, proposing effective solutions jointly with the Architecture team * Participate in crisis rooms, helping resolve critical issues rapidly * Interact with infrastructure and architecture teams to propose and evaluate structural improvements and scalable solutions. * Monitor resource usage and application/service volume, ensuring stability and optimal performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed undergraduate degree in** * Solid experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum * Proficiency in programming languages such as C\#, JavaScript, and/or Python; * Proficiency in frameworks (dotnet, React, and/or React Native); * Practical experience as a backend developer, frontend developer, or QA analyst (test analyst), bringing a comprehensive view of the development lifecycle; * Proficiency in Git version control, ensuring efficient and organized code management; * Ability to document systems clearly and effectively, facilitating maintenance; * Knowledge of Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms, maximizing cloud computing resources; * Experience with observability, continuously monitoring and improving application performance; * Experience with automated testing, ensuring software quality and reliability; * Ability to solve complex problems and think critically, always seeking optimal solutions; * Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, optimizing the development and continuous delivery cycle. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at the Marista Bistro: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * "Conte Comigo" Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built upon multiple factors.
