Opportunity to engage in negotiation and consultative sales. **TELESALES (NEW TIRES)** The Telesales Professional for New Tires is responsible for conducting proactive and reactive sales via telephone and digital channels, serving customers. The role adopts a consultative approach, offering technical solutions tailored to each customer’s specific applications, with the aim of achieving profitability, customer retention, and commercial targets. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Proactively and reactively serve fleet and heavy vehicle customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; \- Sell new tires for trucks, buses, trailers, and heavy machinery; \- Identify customers’ technical needs; \- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in accordance with company policies; \- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms; \- Conduct follow\-up on proposals and track orders through to delivery; \- Record customer interactions, negotiations, and sales in internal systems or CRM; \- Maintain ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and foster loyalty; \- Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and after\-sales activities. **Requirements:** **\-** Completed high school education; \- Experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the heavy vehicle or tire industry; \- Technical knowledge of tires for trucks, buses, and fleets; \- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills; \- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales systems/CRM.
