As a Senior Analyst, you will help us achieve this goal by delivering deeper insights into both global challenges and area-specific challenges across the company (e.g., Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, etc.), and by providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making. Role Responsibilities: * Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for more effective decision-making * Analyze large volumes of data to uncover patterns and generate insights that answer key questions * Be responsible for data preparation and extraction, development of required data pipelines or dashboards to conduct analyses * Create performance metrics and monitor the impact and efficiency of features and processes Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree with a strong theoretical foundation in Statistics or related fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or similar. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis * Demonstrated knowledge of statistical methods * Comfort communicating in English within a multicultural environment * Ability to clearly communicate findings to non-technical audiences * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data issues in a system and successfully implement actionable solutions EEO Statement: * We Deliver Value to Users — We exist to do our best for our users and innovate to stay ahead.
