Do you want to build this journey with us? **Responsibilities and duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Conduct market research on freight rates through field visits and listing platforms; * Register new drivers and carriers; * Support solving systemic issues with relevant departments to improve service levels; * Analyze operational and financial performance data within databases; * Provide support to our partners to ensure delivery schedules; * Provide customer service to drivers; * Monitor proposed operational targets, including: volume, productivity, and service quality; * Ensure regular meetings with customers, drivers, and carriers to anticipate and address operational and freight-related issues. **Requirements and qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of the freight market; * Excellent written and oral communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with TMS systems; * Valid driver's license (Category B). **Above all, know that you will stand out greatly on our team if:** * You have experience in data analysis and Power BI. **Additional information** We are always focused on providing the best experience for our Motzers: **Get to know us better:** Meal allowance and flexible food benefits (you can use it however you want, and it does not deduct from your vacation time).
