Job Summary:
Coordinate the quality team, implement strategies, and ensure compliance with standards, supervising inspection and quality management systems.

**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Manufacturing, or related fields);
* Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry, with hands-on shop floor involvement;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Experience with IQC, supplier risk management, quality KPIs, and analytical methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA);
* Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance (audits, problem management, and support for mass production);
* Quality certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, CQE/CRE or equivalent) is considered a plus;
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the team of inspectors and quality technicians, promoting efficiency and alignment with company objectives;
* Implement strategies, policies, and regulations for quality assurance and control;
* Assess potential risks and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards;
* Ensure quality across all stages of the production and/or operational processes;
* Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory inspections, maintaining interfaces with suppliers, third parties, and partners;
* Plan and conduct quality-related training for all departments within the company;
* Develop and supervise quality inspection and control systems;
* Map, analyze, and standardize organizational processes, promoting their formalization;
* Manage the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;
* Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, promoting continuous improvement.
**Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
