Work environment that values proactivity, persuasion, and results orientation. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Customer Prospecting: Identify and approach potential consortium buyers (via phone, social media, visits, referrals, or events). Use CRM tools to manage and track leads. Customer Service: Clearly explain what a consortium is, how it works, and its benefits. Identify the customer's profile and needs to offer the most suitable group. Prepare consortium plan simulations (installment amounts, terms, fees, and chances of selection). Compare different options and clarify doubts regarding contract rules. Negotiate terms, deadlines, and payment methods within the administrator's guidelines. Close the sale by submitting documentation and signing the contract. Promote content and campaigns on social media and other digital channels. Participate in fairs, events, and partnerships to increase product visibility. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college education preferred, either ongoing or completed) Prior sales experience (preferably in finance, consortia, insurance, or automotive sectors). Basic knowledge of financial mathematics (installments, interest, simulations). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology and tools such as CRM, WhatsApp, and social media. Proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented profile. Willingness to conduct external work and client visits.
