Job Summary: Aliare is seeking a Product Analyst for its BI team, responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, managing the backlog, and defining the vision and evolution of the VistraBI product, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams. We are looking for a professional to join our BI team in the Product area as a Product Analyst. **So, are you ready to join us?!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Leading the Product Development Lifecycle** * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective). * Monitor delivery progress and ensure features align with planned objectives. * Validate deliverables and ensure functional quality prior to release. **Managing and Prioritizing the Product Backlog** * Define, organize, and prioritize the VistraBI backlog based on business value, customer impact, and product strategy. * Write and detail user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. * Ensure the development team has clarity regarding deliverables and sprint objectives. **Defining Product Vision and Evolution** * Collaborate in defining the vision, roadmap, and strategic evolution of VistraBI. * Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features. * Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the engineering team. **Bridging Business Areas and the Technology Team** * Act as the liaison between stakeholders, internal/external customers, and the development team. * Ensure alignment between business needs and the product’s technical capabilities. * Facilitate communication and eliminate ambiguities regarding requirements. **Analyzing Feedback and Driving Continuous Product Improvement** * Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to evolve VistraBI. * Analyze product usage data and metrics to guide improvements. * Prioritize enhancements based on customer value and strategic impact. **Product Documentation and Communication** * Maintain up-to-date functional documentation for the product. * Communicate the roadmap, changes, and new features to stakeholders. * Support initiatives related to product adoption and understanding. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience** * Experience working as a **Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst**. * Experience working with **agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)**. * Experience managing **backlogs and prioritizing requests**. * Experience with **technology products.** **Desired Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum)** * Experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, etc.) * Basic knowledge of **software architecture and APIs** * Ability to clearly write **user stories and acceptance criteria** **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with **BI products, analytics, or data platforms**. * Experience working in a **software factory**. * Experience with **product discovery and roadmap definition**. **Additional Information** National Health Insurance; National Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Flexible Benefits Card (Meal/Food); Transportation Allowance; Relocation/Home Office Assistance; Corporate University; Education Assistance; Annual Performance-Based Bonus; Referral Bonus; Gift for newborn children of \#Aliados; Exclusive birthday gift; At our offices, you’ll find a fantastic environment, rest room, fully equipped kitchen, morning snack, and, of course, hot coffee.
