What we are looking for: * Proven experience in telesales/active sales; * Active CNPJ (MEI) for service provision agreement; * Strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and focus on achieving targets; * Personal infrastructure: computer and stable internet connection (100% remote work). Contract and compensation model: * Initial phase (30 days): service provision agreement (PJ/MEI) on a trial basis. Compensation: fixed amount for the period (based on industry minimum wage) \+ performance-based bonus; * Possibility of continuation: renewal or formalization based on performance, with scalable earnings; * We provide comprehensive product training and sales scripts.
