Here, you will be responsible for serving customers, presenting our tours, negotiating bookings, and following up on each interaction until the sale is finalized. Your responsibilities will include: \- Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and in person; \- Presentation of tours and vessels; \- Booking confirmation; \- Tour schedule coordination; \- Partner relationship management and engagement; \- Post-sale support and customer relationship management.
