Professional for Senior Assistant Logistics Coordinator role, focused on indicator management, process optimization, and customer relationship management.

**Position**: Senior Assistant Logistics Coordinator
**Location:** João Pessoa (JPA) **/ Number of openings:** 01
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM; Saturdays as requested by the client.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
* Opportunity mindset, intensity, sense of urgency, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience;
* Verbal and written fluency, organization, interpersonal skills, dynamism, and creativity;
* Flexibility in working hours;
* Experience in developing SOPs;
* Availability to work flexible hours.
**Desirable (non-mandatory) Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in fields related to the company’s business;
* Knowledge of Power BI;
* Knowledge of Production Planning and Control;
* Knowledge of WMS;
* Knowledge of SAP;
* Knowledge of Quality Tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and monitor Action Plans;
* Report indicators and tracking reports to supervision, management, clients, and regional offices;
* Conduct meetings with internal and external clients to present scenarios and results;
* Responsible for managing, developing, and analyzing KPIs; mapping processes; standardizing procedures; implementing operational improvements; and developing action plans in cases of non-conformities or process failures;
* Monitor the entire customer chain;
* Monitor the development, completion, and effectiveness of action plans;
* Manage both cyclic and official inventory and overall stock;
* Manage and develop monthly procurement plans;
* Control and monitor operational input consumption;
* Monitor all operational SOPs;
* Request and track equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
