Your mission will be to ensure every new customer has an outstanding experience right from the start of their journey. Here, those who serve, DELIGHT. Those who delight, MAKE A DIFFERENCE. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct onboarding customer service via WhatsApp, email, and telephone, guiding customers through import procedures on the Pindau platform to finalize orders; Initiate, verify, and allocate costs requested by customers to the responsible department, analyzing details thereof; Monitor the customer's status, order completion, and closure, resolving all queries regarding costs and amounts; Request import cost reviews when necessary; Fill in the shipping mark for approved orders; Request Siscomex Radar for approved orders; Review the packing list sent by China and forward it to the process team so they can proceed with next steps; Track pending items on the Trello board together with the China team; Update the customer’s status in the CRM system according to their current stage; Maintain the general reporting spreadsheet. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Basic English (translation tools may be used for interpretation).
