The ideal candidate should possess basic mechanical skills and be willing to learn on the job. **Responsibilities:** – Assist in inspecting equipment to identify repair or maintenance needs. – Support the execution of basic mechanical repairs under the supervision of an experienced mechanic. – Participate in preventive maintenance, following established guidelines and procedures. – Assist in disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling mechanical parts and components. – Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the workshop to ensure a safe and orderly work environment. – Assist in recording and updating information related to performed services. – Transport parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** – Completed high school education. – Basic knowledge of general mechanics. – Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. – Willingness to learn and develop skills in the mechanical field. – Good communication skills and proactivity. **Desirable Qualifications:** – Prior experience in maintenance or as a mechanic's helper. – Technical or vocational training in mechanics (preferred). **Competencies:** – Attention to detail. – Responsibility and commitment. – Problem-solving ability. – Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. **Work Environment:** – Primarily in workshops, with possible travel to external locations as required.
