Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic HR Analyst to work on DHO processes, recruitment, onboarding, training, conflict mediation, and team support, with a focus on human and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in all key HR DHO processes 2. Development and execution of strategic internal training programs 3. Conflict mediation to maintain organizational climate We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic HR Analyst to work in Cambé, PR. **Responsibilities:** Actively participate in all major HR DHO processes, from recruitment to professional onboarding. Develop and execute strategic internal training programs. Act as a mediator in conflict situations, always prioritizing a healthy organizational climate. Assist in planning and implementing people development and engagement initiatives. Maintain constant and proactive communication with managers and teams. Provide support and guidance regarding performance, development, and talent management. Manage change and act as a facilitator across different hierarchical levels within the company. **Required Competencies:** **Excellent interpersonal skills:** ability to build positive and productive relationships with diverse teams. **Planning and organization:** essential to ensure HR process efficiency. **Experience in DHO (Human and Organizational Development):** focus on developing our talents. **Experience in R\&S (Recruitment \& Selection):** ability to identify, attract, and select top professionals. **Training and capacity building:** leading training and onboarding programs for new employees. **Process leadership:** strategic involvement in defining, monitoring, and improving DHO practices. **Conflict mediation:** resilient attitude to facilitate agreements and healthy relationships. **Human-centered service:** active listening and empathy when addressing internal requests. **Dynamism in teamwork:** active and collaborative participation in day-to-day problem solving.
